My overall experience has been challenging at this organization. The products have problems that are not fixed, the compensation plan is poor and leadership is not at the level you would expect at a mid-sized company

Overall, my specific team hits 70-80% to target. Across the org, I would say 50%+ of reps are hitting target. We recently expanded the product range through acquisition. Product integration has been a challenge, but development is being heavily invested in and the kinks are being ironed out. I'm reasonably optimistic about the future. What is the Average Deal Size of the different product categories? Is it also possible to sell in Europe or is it mostly American companies? I am in high velocity sales now and a bit afraid that ticket sizes might be to high for my experience.
