Poor leadership! Do not practice what they preach Culture is based on gossip, lack of trust, lack of ownership and fingerprinting No focus on personal development at all

Good...getting better. Old sales leadership was an old boys club with a lot of leeway. New leadership is bringing some rigor and discipline in the process.
