The experience here has not been good. NO ONE is hitting their quotas in my team. My manager gaslights us and it is overall a very toxic work environment. I don’t know one person who is fully satisfied working here

There was a lack of leadership and goals that were unattainable because they looked at numbers on a screen rather than getting input from team members who were doing the actual work.

I'm in the process of interviewing for SMB AE. The recruiter told me that 100% of the team is hitting quota, and was drinking the cool aid. The way she spoke about elation was as if everything was perfect. Is 100% of the team hitting quota, and what are some areas that need improvement?
