Company acquired and merged with Ping Identity. VP-level management is not helpful and beat down culture.

Very structured environment with lots of sales learning and enablement opportunities. At the time of my employment promotion was wanting so there was little movement available from the SDR role. Upon leaving I have heard that they have made a lot more opportunities for growth within the org.
