Up until 2024, the compensation plan was very good. With the new Americas sales leadership, they decided to make significant reductions to our compensation plan, as well as hiking quotas in some cases(like mine) by over 100%, even though my pipeline didn't come close to supporting such an increase. My overall experience was disappointing. The company’s ELT is completely disjointed from reality and what’s taking place on the ground. Their most recent decision to roll out a new comp plan for the sales org in March, after the start of the new FY in January, and after quotas were set was purely out of greed. Ryan from RepVue here. We recently added Business Units to our ratings process. Are Secure Networking, Unified SASE, and Security Operations appropriate for Fortinet? Are these separately managed teams and reps sell products only within their segment/unit?
