What size companies/how many employees are you selling to for Mid-Market? How often do you have to travel as a MM Rep? What's the work/life balance like as a MM rep at GitHub?

Obviously have seen Quota Attainment on here is over 50%. Is this an accurate representation for Mid-Market? Also have heard that OTE is around $170K is this accurate or on the low side for the role?
