Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.

My overall experience is good, there is a performance culture and some tendency for micro management but with good management this should not be a problem.
