Hi there, Just started as an AE at HubSpot - how is ramp attainment ? do most reps hit their ramp or is it tough to hit those targets? Also, what advice can you give a newbie to pass probation with flying colours? cheers!

Pray to god you have a good territory. HubSpot is all about what territory you get. Then, from there its getting a good capacity. Ramp quota is easy. After that, its when stuff gets hard. Quota attainment is hella low for most territories. So kick ass

I quit after month 6, saw most fired before a year. Only hit 70% to Q every month on ramp after the first 2 months. Most people do not hit 100% to Q. It is tough and there are little to no inbound leads.

been here about a year and a half. Very dependent on the segment you are in and territory. In SMB it seems like most reps hit most of the first 6 months., not that it is easy, but doable. After that attainment starts to become more difficult. 
My advice would be to work with the best rep on your team on deals to help you close as much as possible. The split is worth the higher close rate. Watch previous calls of top reps. Focus on making sure you have good-fit accounts in your name.

Ramp is pretty attainable - especially in the early months. It definitely gets harder later; make sure you really go through your capacity and filter the crap out, then replace it accordingly.

A lot of success at HubSpot is based on the capacity you have. Filter out  junk right away
