How effective is the sales training program at Indeed.com for aspiring sales professionals?

The sales training is worst in class in my opinion for an org of their size. That said, they do allow you tons of freedom to learn and practice your job however you want. Depends on what you’re looking for

Worst I have ever received and I have been at multiple fortune 500 companies. Better off learning on your own because directors don't know how to sell and the training is atrocious. That being said tons of room to train yourself and learn from other reps who know what they are doing.

I’ve been in sales for over 15 years and have worked for quite a few respected companies over the years…. Indeed is the worst sales training I’ve ever received and the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Not amazing, but better than at most other companies.

Internal sales training is light but efficient.  It moves quickly, but typically puts you in a good spot to hit the phones.  You'll learn basic objection handling and how to position indeed products to perspective buyers.  They often outsource to 3rd training organizations to reinforce training throughout your career, Dale Carnegie ie.
