The head of my department was an awful micromanager who yelled at the employees. No one ever hit quota, which is partly due to the product. The online training courses are text-heavy and no one wants to read an hour course. I can't speak for other departments outside of sales.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my professional career. Leadership does not care about anything except what you’re bringing in and they don’t make the territories fair. There is little to no training, and I would consider this more of a business development role than a sales executive role. You will be on your own island and be expected to know...Read More
