Under market base/OTE salaries in EMEA, progression potential overall relatively poor salary wise too. Though, great product and fun team to work with. Transparent leadership and enough incentives. Perfect for more Junior AE/AM positions to progress career, not so much to become a Senior if you have 5+ experience. AOV in Enterprise far under market rate too.

Two years ago, Lucid was the place to work. People were successful because most companies were wanting to buy and 95% of big deals were purely discounts for companies willing to buy ahead. It seems that Lucid Scale is one of their newer products and enables companies to visualise their cloud infrastructure. How problem solving is this product actually and how is it perceived by prospects? Let's say the prospect already uses Datadog for example for cloud monitoring.
