Overall experience was good until after the acquisition where changes happened daily without any communication. Since the start of the fiscal year no one has any clue what they are doing and it seems like everyone is wandering aimless waiting on leadership to provide direction.

New Relic has a product-led growth strategy, which does not align with a sales team that drives and influences revenue. Be very careful when joining this company.
