Current Employee3.9Oct 3, 2023Paycom is a great company for someone who is starting their career in sales. They have great sales training and trainers. They focus a lot on quantity rather than quality, they are truly a numbers organization. If you can focus on getting the right accounts and selling them fast, you will succeed.
