My overall experience was good. Podium is a great place to develop your skills and move up quickly as an Account Executive. However, the path to sales leadership is risky and concerning. Many AE sales managers get promoted and then a good amount, about 50% either quit and leave or they self-demote themselves back to a Sr. AE role. Leadership is lacking. There is very...Read More
