There are little to no incoming leads to sales. Some regions do better than others for leads but to date in the past year I’ve received 2 leads. Everything has to be self generated or found through work that you do prospecting and building relationships and partnerships.

Great organization and leadership. I really enjoy my team and colleagues. With any smaller company there is always challenges regarding resourcing, processes, and continuity but overall I enjoy my job, feel supported, heard, and good work life balance.
