Searchspring is struggling with culture and product differentiation after being acquired by PE. It can become great again but going to take significant investment from leadership.

Experience was terrible. Leadership lacked as well as training. In order to succeed you need to be "buddies" with everyone just to stay in the company. Be careful on who you speak with, your words will be used against you.
