On the new business side, things are progressing positively. There's a growing demand for headless CMS solutions, and Storyblok is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. While the market is competitive and educating potential clients can be challenging, our innovative approach and strong value proposition alongside our Enterprise clients, references and use cases are helping us attract and close new business. The sales strategies are continuously being refined to adapt to market changes, ensuring that we remain competitive and successful in acquiring new clients.

Like the previous answers, I confirm this too. From an inbound perspective, the biggest struggle is getting good quality inbounds to help us meet the target in both EMEA and the Americas. There is quite a bit of frustration on the team regarding this.

It's not wrong. The quotas been lowered, but there's still no way to hit them. Yet, they're still hiring new salespeople.

Yes, it is true- especially on the US side. Tough market and not much demand with the product being saturated by legacy competitors. No urgency to switch up content management right now with other pressing needs. Wouldn’t recommend.

Yes, it's true. On top of this they let go of a LOT of their marketing team. Sellers keep getting PIPd. Company doesn't know what they are doing or how to scale the business. They need serious help

I can confirm this as well, although I would say this is less to do with a product but more to do with GTM strategy and pricing.

The product is great and loved by customers, but they're getting the most value from cheaper plans.
