My overall experience has been good. The usage based model of the product and company present its own challenges when it comes to compensation. Sometime luck is a big factor as it relates to performance. The product and brand are highly revered and well-known. Overall a great sales role.

I just had my initial HR Call for the SDR role, which included talking about the OTE and comp. I was told the first six months' OTE would be annualized to $65,500 (75% base with 25% for quarterly bonuses). OTE would increase to $75,700 after 6 months. How does this compare to those SDRs there?

Re/ Comp, Levels, and Interview Process: What is a typical compensation package for enterprise AMs? (Base/OTE/Stock) What are the levels you can be hired into? What is considered Senior, Principal, etc? What is the interview process like? Behavioral questions? Presentations? White-boarding?
