Mako Product Specialist(Ortho) Final steps - client success/"in-field" role. There's not much info on compensation as they gave me a wide range. Any idea what I'm looking at? Seems to be a great gateway into sales too, it's been brought up a lot during the process given my prev exp. Thoughts?
Ryan from RepVue here. We've recently added 'Business Unit' as an option to our ratings, is it appropriate at Stryker to use MedSurg and Neurotech, and Ortho and Spine as the two units? Are the sales orgs/leadership different between the two and reps solely sell within one?
