Sales org going through a lot of growing pains. Struggling to find consistency and strong leadership.

Smart product, but founders over hires and over acquired. Sales is still paying the price, save for a few well positioned (mostly tenured) sellers. Founders still micromanage sales more than they should. Wouldn’t recommend joining. Top performers are leaving.
