My experience was ok at best, very numbers focussed and self gen heavy, if you cant self source dont bother, its like 95% self sourced, marketing dont provide any leads. toxic environment where youre called out in public on underperformance, HR say the right things around EDI, charity (you never hear the end of it) but essentially do as they are told

I have found it to be a place of high performance, high expectation but high reward. I see many route of progression for those who are committed to being a top performer. There have been a multitude of development opportunities presented across the teams in only my short tenure.
