Experience was going well up until a "last in, first out" reduction in force. Company borrowed a lot of money for a hiring blitz, just before the market started cooling down in 2022. Made some very bold YoY growth projections to its PE ownership to justify the loan, that ultimately did not pan out.

Good company going through growing pains. Seems like heading in the right direction but will have to stick around to see if that is the case. Lots of quick moving big changes every few months.
