Great place if you can get leads. Changing company Benefits, HR tools and selling HR support is very difficult without their initial inbound interest or a referral. Also this product target market is for companies growing who lack internal HR support or who need top tier health benefits. With many layoffs industry wide in 2024 fewer companies are growing. Less Venture capital means less smaller companies in a growth phase are available to sell to.

Solid position, though I really like my director. Good comp for the work you do. Really good people overall. There’s a ton of red tape to get deals through the door, but it’s a good job and great leaders that will go to bat for you time and again.

Great organization with an extraordinarily strong product market fit. Some things need to be ironed out on the backend. Would recommend to anyone - culture is amazing and the product sells its self.
