Cult like culture, all of the bad glassdoor reviews are 100% accurate. Conducted layoffs right after an expensive company off-site and resumed hiring within the same month. Every person in leadership plays favorites and trust me, you will know if you are not favored. Lots of tribalism, the exact thing the CEO says isnt present at Tropic. The list goes on. This workplace is not healthy for anyone's mental well-being.

Great internal culture at Tropic; ample opportunities for career dev + upward mobility. Would recommend for anyone looking to break into an SDR role. Product has strong market fit.
