Tulip is poorly managed with less than 10% of reps hitting quota and huge pressure from an embedded cult of middle management. Amazing, amazing product. But couple the low quota with a terrible base, and this quickly becomes a “pass” for any smart rep. Expecting 70% (seriously) turnover this year in the sales team.

Amazing product, lead gen is activity focused - AEs calling and emailing hundreds of people per week. Marketing contribution is very low, SDRs are relying on spray & prey tactics, so quality of meetings is quite poor.
