My overall experience was a great work environment with quality people. Logistical sales really opened my eyes into what it means to run a business. Beginning from the raw materials and how they are shipped in if it’s a manufacturing industry, to the final product and all of those touch points in between.

People you work with are great, but management is all over the place and constantly changing SIP structure. Alot of competition from third parties and no inbound leads given to you, must find business from current accounts or on your own. Training is little to none and its very sink or swim but job stability.
