Current Employee3.6Aug 30, 2023With the impending Broadcom acquisition things have changed. Multiple leaders have left, new processes have been put in place that delay sales cycles. Any deal over $10M in ARR requires an approval process that adds at least a month before you have anything you can share with a customer. No one has a sense of urgency until the acquisition is complete.

Former Employee4.3Apr 25, 2024It was amazing pre broadcom acquisition, broadcom killed vmware, the culture & our care for customers and the tech. They now only care about top 10% of customers so if you worked Midmarket you could no longer take care of customers.
