Horrible compensation plan that is too complicated to understand. The plan includes decelerators for the first 70% of my quota which is incredibly demotivating. Leadership is disconnected and most have not been a seller in decades. They push old school sales tactics. Sales has evolved and leadership has not evolved with it.
