Guys, I have been with this company for just over a year. If there is ANYTHING you can do for yourself - DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. The leaders are all ABSOLUTE pricks. They have absolutely no regard for reps. You are nothing but a number. You will spend SO MUCH time and EFFORT trying to close your deals, and the money you will make is PEANUTS. I see a lot of negative comments here about quota attainment. Also about high turnover rates. Is this still the case? Are any efforts being made to improve this?
