Leadership is very weak from CEO to CRO. Leaders below those two are caring and for the most part good talented people. CRO operates like a bully. 100% club requirements were shared with sales on November 30th 2023 for a year that ended in December. CRO(Scott Little) leads with Fear and has no empathy. Compensation is reasonable if you can negotiate. Everyone has been paid all over the place from an AE. There is no roadmap for BDR or to get promoted to an AE.
