Only the bottom line matters. There is zero work life balance. They will ask you to work unplanned days and weekends if the team isn’t meeting sales goals. They will ask you to do unpaid training before work or on lunch breaks. No accommodations for personal issues. The managers are nice and doing their best, but they are all promoted from sales with no management...Read More
