Leadership and company culture is awesome. My experience overall was great however with the current rate of unemployment, new opportunities were not easy to come by.

Not even close to what it once was -- the corporate leadership takeover has been detrimental to the overall success and culture of the company. Wouldn't recommend anyone working here anymore.
