Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A new CMO started a few weeks before I did, and it turns out that the structure of the sales team was not ideal for them. My entire department was eliminated at the CMO's direction. I just wish I would've known that the CMO was going to have ultimate authority over the CSO and the sales team. I liked the CSO a lot, but it seemed like the CMO just took over and changed everything without having a solid strategy(or any strategy really) in place. I would recommend asking a lot of questions about executive leadership structure when interviewing. I never met the CMO when interviewing and it turned out that is where all of the decisions regarding the sales department were coming from. Browse Other Reviews
