Great starting place to get your feet under you. Worked under some great leadership, but very bottom tier of the compensation.

My experience has been great, first company I’ve worked for where they treat you like a person and not just a number. They’ve never had lay offs in the 30 years they’ve been around and once your here they will help you move to wherever you want within the company to retain you if you’ve been a good worker.

If quota attainment is 53% for Account Managers - what's the turnover like? how much leeway is management giving when it comes to reps not hitting quota? out the door immediately?
