Great company. Lots of training and development. The culture is top notch and overall leadership is transparent and clear on objectives. Biggest downside is pay is a bit lower than industry average for the role but it's worth it as more hit target in my opinion.

Are territories frequently adjusted at Genesys for their sales team? How does Genesys determine sales territories?

I'm currently working in DocuSign as a renewal manager, recently got an offer from Genesys with the same title. The OTE will be around 20% uplifted if I move to Genesys but no RSU. Could someone give me any advice if it's worth to jump ship now? Thanks in advance!
