Not worth it terrible culture of sacrificing your own mental health for the greater good of mental health. Pay is low. Mostly inbound though. More of a CSM job than a sales job.

My overall experience is that I was hired for an inbound role then the sales team was pushed into outbound cold calling 3 months later. Out of my 20-person onboarding class, there are 13 of us left after only 6 months. Many of us are on PIPs or being threatened with one.
