changes in leadership team occur often which can cause additional challenges

My overall experience has been poor to be honest. The CSM team leasdership is very inexperienced and does not know how to run a CS team. The Leadership has been with the company for 8+ years but they have never done CS roles previously. I am challenged compared to guided, empowered, enabled.
