Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Most Toxic Environment I have ever been: Despite the company is within the right Industry and have a very decent product market fit, the experience was overall negative. A notable issue was the prevalence of burnout and related sick leave among numerous sales people, ranging from individual contributors to second-line leaders globally. Additionally, there appears to be a significant disconnect between the senior leadership and the day-to-day realities of the company. The CEO often featuring himself on LinkedIn about his outfits, traveling Business Class or again eating shawarma (for real), seems incongruent with the responsibilities of overseeing employee well-being and organizational health. Total opposite of the public assertions they are trying to show about fostering a culture of openness and inclusivity, there is a distinct lack of transparency and honesty at the upper management level. Upper Management says this is a place where One can be themselves, speak their mind and be heard: BS. Many employees are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere, particularly following the company's IPO, now that they can cash on on their RSU's. This assessment is not fueled by bitterness but rather a candid evaluation of the prevailing circumstances, as I have chosen to resign from this environment.
