Overall experience was good, just a lack of opportunity due to overwhelming amount of business being completely reliant upon partner network

My overall experience was decent with our middle managers though it was fairly obvious that the sales leadership team had never led a team before. I believe they were a decent sales rep who got promoted but as a leader was way over her head.
