What's the role?

We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our collaborative and successful Sales Team at HubSpot. Your role will focus on employing supportive and nurturing sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance the customers' utilization of the HubSpot platform. Drawing from your expertise in digital transformation and change management, you will act as a committed advisor and business consultant, guiding customers through the full sales process with care and inclusivity.

What will you do?

  • Utilize proactive and inbound selling methods to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Increase customer engagement and usage of the HubSpot platform over time
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, guiding them through the sales process
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Deliver product demonstrations online and occasionally in person
  • Collaborate with internal champions and various stakeholders to drive sales
  • Work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies to new features and products

Who are you?

  • Possess at least 3 years of SAAS sales experience in a role with quotas, targeting companies with 26 - 500 employees
  • Experienced in navigating complex sales environments with a collaborative approach
  • Skilled in presenting and pitching business transformations to C-level executives
  • Capable of managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with precision in forecasting
  • Driven by goals, consistently achieving monthly and yearly targets
  • Trained in standardized sales techniques, such as the Sandler method
  • Proven track record of driving results and being resilient in challenging sales scenarios
  • Approach challenges with a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
