my overall experience has been good. Love the culture and the team, however, compensation primarily revolves around how well your merchants produce rather than just strictly by signings/quota attainment. You can be 150% in quota that's being tracked, but not be making 100% of your comp

Affirm was a great experience. I think the culture really depends on the team you are on and which leader you are under. You are able to earn a lot of money with uncapped commission and good advances.
