Executive Management seems to be out of touch with reality in the market. Acquisitions have changed the culture not for the good. There are a lot of talented people throughout the organization and they are trying to compensate for the lack of personality at the C-level. It was a pressure cooker where everyday was 'the most important day in the most important quarter in company history' and that gets tiring after several years. You aren't allowed to question decisions and feedback isn't sought from leadership.
