Product is fun to sell. You sell to all industries and departments. Sales process can be admin heavy with lots of small deals but certainly bigger deals as well. In one of the interview rounds, the recruiter mentioned that there is no ramp period for MidMarket AEs. Anyone know the logic behind this? Does it actually set up the new hire for success? It seems like a super different approach for new hires when compared to other companies.
