I just started but honestly I'm loving it. If you work hard, and prospect, you'll have an opportunity to close a lot of deals. Hardest part is getting the meeting (and that's not that hard), besides that product sells itself.

Fairly good experience so far. Less clear path to AE than initially promised and changes have been taking place regarding expectations for promotion, as well as planning to be fully back in office in the near future. Quota attainment % is highly dependent on what team you are aligned with as an SDR.

How is the culture at Snowflake? Looking at interviewing for a Enterprise based role for the East coast. Is it a very churn and burn type of environment or do they give you proper ramp time? Curious on how long it takes to grasp the product sets and sales cycle.

Can anyone give me a 10,000 ft. view of the sales culture/dynamics at Snowflake? Really intrigued by their PMF and they seem to have decent compensation-- but traditionally these hyper-growth companies become hellscapes in the sales department. Curious if this is one of those places
