New AE training/onboarding is non-existent. Communication between depts super siloed. Very low probability of hitting quota. Advertised as hybrid role but 4 days in office. Ask to speak to a rep in seat before you take the offer.

Salary for a Mid-Market AE is well below the industry standard for Austin. Don't expect to make any commission. Everything is unattainable with no structure or support. There is more turnover in this company than any I have ever seen. There is no path to growth and it feels like the company does not want to see you be successful.
