Not great, consistently changing commission structure. Company is never on the same page.

I’ve worked here for a bit. And this last September they have made it so difficult to hit commission that only about 25% of the reps are hitting it anymore. They cut the amounts of the tiers about 40% if you do make commission. There is now a bottom floor that is very hard to hit and if you don’t hit that number you make nothing.
