My overall experience was terrible. The culture is not professional and is extremely toxic. They lie to their employees about numbers and forecasting to make it seem like they are doing better than they actually are. They tell employees they are doing great and then let them go for no reason and when you file for unemployment they try to fight it. They do NOT care...Read More

My overall experience at Droplet was very disappointing. There was little to no training, when there was training gossip about other teams or coworkers was always apart of the meetings. Droplet prides themselves on a low key work environment, “unlimited PTO” and “life comes first, work comes second” which in the end, was not true. When life got in the way, they fired...Read More
