Good base pay, due to the nature of the work the schedule was inconsistent. Commission was regularly delayed/shorted. Leadership at the top is a joke and this place is not for the weak. Everything is compartmentalized because the company does not want you see what is all wrong with it. It is a hostile environment where seasoned sales people do not last. Decent if you want to start a career in sales.

Great opportunity to make money when the leads are flowing, be prepared to be “on call” in order to make money.

My overall experience was varied based off management. Clear nepotism and bias hampered personal development for the first couple years, but after moving to new market I flourished and actually was promoted within 6 months. Decent commission structure, quick turnaround between appointment/install/payout.
