Our operational teams are unhelpful and often times combative of requests for support from the commercial organization. While compensation structure is good, our sales organization is not set up for success.

Former Employee2.6Jan 28, 20244PL is an interesting concept. Sales were strong when warehouse capacity was tight during and after the pandemic. As buyer behavior shifted and capacity opened up, they did not have the capabilities to service enterprise accounts. Good fit for SMBs, who only need 100% D2C fulfillment.
