Inbound pipeline is dried up, thus large scale layoffs affecting all departments within the organization. Company peaked during the eCommerce boom during covid and innovation has stalled. Will have a tough time the next 3-5 years with most people needing to take on a larger workload than they had between 2020-2023. Compensation expected to decrease by at least 30%-50%

For the most part I enjoyed my experience working at Salsify but no one is hitting quota outside of the few reps in EMEA. Great people, good culture, solid product but it is a challenging time on the GTM teams
